Hello everyone, I am Dmitry Gerasimov, CEO of Cellframe, and welcome to our regular AMA session. Today, I’ll answer the questions you’ve sent us earlier. Let’s begin.

The Node and Dashboard of Cellframe require a lot of RAM. Is it possible to reduce these parameters and speed up the synchronization process?

Yes, it's possible. The latest update of the Cellframe Node already improves these aspects. However, there’s still work to be done, and we are planning further enhancements. Please stay tuned and make sure to keep your software updated to the latest version.

Could you please explain the difference between L0 and L1 in the Cellframe blockchain?

L0 refers to the entire Cellframe Network, while L1 refers to specific networks, such as KelVPN or Backbone.

Is it possible to migrate the Ethereum (L1) infrastructure to Cellframe (L0)?

Yes, it’s possible. One of the projects coming to our ecosystem, QEVM, focuses on enabling this migration.

Earlier, you mentioned that, theoretically, the Cellframe blockchain has no limitations on transaction speed (TPS). Is this still the case?

Yes, that's true. However, this unlimited design will only be fully realized when we complete the second layer. Even then, the network throughput will impose some limitations, but I believe these will be very high.

Does the team plan to implement anonymous transactions? If so, will this feature be available only in the Backbone network or across all CF-20 networks?

Yes. It will be available across all CF-20 networks. To achieve this, we need to improve our mathematics and develop a post-quantum zero-knowledge ring digital signature. Currently, we’ve integrated post-quantum aggregated signatures (the Chipmunk algorithm) for consensus purposes. While it’s not zero-knowledge, it supports rollups, enabling the aggregation of around 8,000 transactions into one of approximately 135 kilobytes. Future iterations of this algorithm might evolve into zero-knowledge ring signatures. Let’s see.

Is it possible to exchange mCELL tokens for CELL before the staking period ends?

We are working on enabling this, potentially with some penalties. Stay tuned — it’s coming.

With 10,000 CELL staked, is it possible to launch several masternodes at once? Or is this amount required for each masternode?

No, 10,000 CELL is required for each masternode.

Will a home Wi-Fi connection be enough to maintain stable masternode operation?

Yes, it’s sufficient as long as you have a public IP address. Low latency is not critical.

Can several different users delegate their keys to a single validator?

Currently, there’s nothing preventing this, but it hasn’t been explicitly tested.

Will the Cellframe Dashboard include functionality for delegating keys to validators?

It should already have this functionality. If not, please report the issue.

Are the delivery times for Cellframe hardware nodes known?

The hardware nodes are being produced with the latest firmware. Shipping will begin next week, along with KelVPN routers.

Why is there such a large price difference when exchanging CELL tokens on PancakeSwap?

The price difference depends on the amount being exchanged and the liquidity available on PancakeSwap.

Do you have plans to develop a web wallet in the form of a browser extension, similar to Metamask?

Yes, but we are waiting for other projects to contribute to this effort.

If any existing cryptocurrencies were hacked using a quantum computer, would Cellframe be able to provide protection for other cryptocurrencies?

Yes, we could provide protection. However, it would depend on the willingness of the cryptocurrency communities and their owners to adopt our solutions. We are always open to helping.

Does token listing on Backbone require approval? Could this limit network usage?

This is a complex question. Currently, token lists for Backbone can be created without the team’s direct involvement. While we aim for a decentralized model, we currently lack the mechanics for full automation, so this process is manual for now. We welcome suggestions to improve it.

When will the token tab in the Cellframe Dashboard be updated?

Soon. A lightweight update is a priority.

Has work started on the second level of sharding?

Yes, we’ve started working on it.

Why hasn’t there been an announcement about new partnerships?

We are actively working on partnerships. Stay tuned for updates.

Finally, regarding centralized exchange listings: we are currently finalizing the first CF-20 integration on a centralized exchange. Once this is complete, subsequent listings will be much faster. The delay is due to the complexities of the first integration, but we are in the final stages.

That’s all for today. Thank you for your time, and see you next time! Goodbye!
