Community Update: New Beginnings II

Following up on our previous community update, we are delighted to share the successful completion of the promised buybacks. Please find the token buyback recap below, as well as the upcoming token burn and LP Rewards Boost details.

Token Burn

We have listened to our community and consulted with experienced partners, and have decided to revise the previously communicated LP Rewards strategy (100% to LP Rewards) by introducing a token burn in order to make best use of the CELL tokens acquired through our buybacks.

• 50% — LP Rewards Program: A total of ~565,000 CELL will be added as LP rewards at a valuation of ~800,000 USD.
• 50% — Token Burn: In order to reduce the supply and stimulate market growth, a total of ~565,000 CELL valued at ~800,000 USD will be burned. The completion of CELL burn will be realized in the coming week.
