December in Review: Cellframe Ecosystem Highlights
Category: News
The last month of 2025 was eventful for the Cellframe ecosystem. Airdrops, partnerships, preparations for new product launches, and app updates — here’s a roundup of key news from Node.sys, Dotflat, KelVPN, QEVM, and CPUNK.
Node.sys: Quantum-secure L1 infrastructure for decentralized production and automation with a native NYS token.
• On December 26, the Node.sys team announced the launch of the first stage of the NYS CF-20 token airdrop for early Node.sys investors — the NYS Genesis Airdrop, which will take place on the Cellframe mainnet.
Eligibility is available to participants of the NYS Pre-Seed and Pre-Sale rounds, provided they confirm ownership of tokens in an amount no less than their balance at the end of the Pre-Sale on November 6, 2024.
• In November, Rezinatekhnika, SSB, and MZPO became new partners of DeFactory. Together with them, the project is expanding its production network in the fields of rubber technical products, construction materials and mixtures, as well as engineering solutions for the processing, filtration, and separation of liquid and solid media.
Dotflat: a flatcoin with stable purchasing power.
• The team summarized the year’s results, reporting that over 11 months the value of the commodity basket increased by nearly 10%. The main drivers of this growth were gold (+59.5%) and silver (+116.51%).
As a result, the price of the DFC flatcoin rose by 9.95% in less than a year.
Despite the fact that some individual commodity assets declined over the same period, the team remains committed to its chosen model and is confident that, in the long term, commodities will appreciate against the US dollar.
More details are available in the year-end post.
• At the end of December, a token buyback auction for RLE was initiated. A surplus from the project’s stabilization fund amounting to 611.24 DFC has been put up for auction. It will be awarded to the participant who offers the largest amount of RLE tokens.
There will be no losers in the auction: all RLE tokens received by the system will be burned in accordance with the DAO rules. This will reduce the total supply, making each remaining token more valuable.
Details on the auction mechanics can be found here.
• In addition, the team is preparing a relaunch of the presale on pinksale.finance. The announcement and further details will be published soon — stay tuned for updates.
KelVPN: a decentralized quantum-secured VPN service with its own KEL token.
The KelVPN team continues large-scale application refactoring and preparation for a major functional update. In December, the following was implemented:
• Collaborative mode: a basic infrastructure for the new mode was created, including server–client interaction logic, transaction transmission, conditional payments, and client commands.
• Architecture refactoring: the configuration system was updated, legacy code was removed, and logic was redistributed between the service and the GUI.
• Core VPN functionality: connection mechanisms were improved, a macOS tunnel was implemented, along with network monitoring and interface auto-scaling.
• WalletLight integration: a built-in wallet for storing funds and automatic traffic payments in KelVPN.
• Stabilization and testing: Windows build issues were fixed and the test suite was updated.
QEVM: a platform for deploying quantum-resistant, EVM-compatible smart contracts.
• As the broader audience becomes aware of the risks that quantum computing poses to the blockchain industry, market interest in quantum-resistant solutions is growing rapidly.
• Ecosystem development: a fully functional testnet with a new wallet and node will be launched in the coming days.
EVM-compatible smart contracts are operating as expected, and staking will be launched on the mainnet.
• In December, amid growing momentum in the QuantumEVM sector, the team accelerated its efforts and completed preparations for the mainnet launch.
• Partnerships and community: the team is open to collaboration and invites partners and developers to join the discussion in the official Telegram chat.
• In addition, the project team is planning to launch its own AMM-based DEX within the QEVM parachain. Work in this direction has already begun.
CPUNK: the world’s first utility meme token with post-quantum security.
• Launch of a multichain wallet and expansion of its functionality. Users can now send cryptocurrency using a DNA identifier without the need to specify a wallet address. Support has been added for the TRON network (TRC-20) with USDT, Solana (SPL tokens) with USDT and native SOL, Ethereum (ERC-20) with USDT, as well as the Cellframe network with NYS, KEL, and QEVM tokens.
One-click transfers are available directly in chat by contact name.
Supported platforms: Linux, Windows, and Android.
• Updated Flutter-based interface. The application received a modern and more user-friendly UI. Real-time message delivery indicators, Telegram-style reactions, customizable profile avatars, unread message markers, contact management, and user blocking functionality were implemented.
• Monthly results in numbers: over 500 commits and more than 40 new features were delivered during the month.
• The team decided to dedicate additional time to product quality and visual design and has focused on further application improvements. The project team will announce the start of beta testing separately.
