October was a busy month across the Cellframe ecosystem!

Token listings, mainnet launch preparations, new app releases, and presentations at international conferences: here are the key updates from Node.sys, Dotflat, KelVPN, QEVM, and CPUNK.

Node.sys: Quantum-secure L1 infrastructure for decentralized production and automation with a native NYS token.

• Venture Electronics and Kamsky Cable have joined the DeFactory partner network. Expanding production capabilities to include design, prototyping, and full-cycle manufacturing of custom electronics, cables, and components across various industries.

• The team also presented the project at ENERGY EXPO 2025, an event focused on energy systems, automation, and industrial technologies.

• On October 28, the NYS token was listed on the Bitcointry exchange: trading is available in the NYS/USDT pair.

Dotflat: a flatcoin with stable purchasing power.

• The team took part in one of the industry’s largest events: networking with peers, building valuable connections, and discussing the project’s future development.

• Work is in full swing on the new project landing page: both functionality and visuals are being updated.

• The team is also in talks with potential partners and VC funds regarding further support and project growth.

KelVPN: a decentralized quantum-secured VPN service with its own KEL token.

• The KelVPN team continues to actively develop the app across mobile, desktop, and CLI versions.

In October, the focus was on improving stability, flexibility, and usability:

— A major service refactoring was completed, enhancing stability, flexibility, and performance.

— Client–service interaction improved; logic for key, server, and ping management optimized.

— Interface architecture updated with new core screens added.

— MaxMindDB integrated for geolocation, along with universal configuration modules for different OS platforms.

More details on the updates.

QEVM: a platform for deploying quantum-resistant, EVM-compatible smart contracts.

• In October, the team reached the final stage of preparations for the QEVM mainnet launch: one of the most significant milestones toward building a full-fledged platform for quantum-resistant smart contracts. After a year and a half of intensive development, key final steps were completed this month, bringing QEVM closer to its mainnet release.

The work focused on refining the architecture:

— Implemented a wrapper for the EVM account model within the native UTXO model used by Cellframe.

— Integrated and adapted the EVMC module for Cellframe’s post-quantum cryptography.

— Conducted testing to verify the correct operation of the EVM-compatible environment on the Cellframe blockchain.

QEVM is steadily approaching its main milestone: the mainnet launch, which will open new possibilities for decentralized applications with post-quantum security.

CPUNK: the world’s first utility meme token with post-quantum security.

• Alpha version 0.2.1 of DNA Messenger has been released: a messenger featuring end-to-end post-quantum encryption, an integrated wallet, and DNA support.

Now available:

— Group chats (up to 255 participants)

— Built-in token payments

— Support for Linux and Windows

• DNA Messenger is built on Nvelope/libnvelope, a system and library enabling secure message and file exchange.

Nvelope acts as a flexible wrapper for sending text, images, videos, emojis, and other data.

All data is stored in MDBX and automatically deleted after 30 days.

Servers can be deployed on self-hosted infrastructure, and in the future, libnvelope will be integrated directly into DNA Messenger.

• The team also held an AMA session with the NITRO GEMS community, discussing DNA identification and private messaging.

On October 28, representatives from across the Cellframe ecosystem took an active part in the first side event Cellframe Post Quantum Dawn held in Dubai.

Andy Khamichonak (CEO, Node.sys), Dmitry Nagornyh (Project Lead, Dotflat), and Ian Smith (CEO-CTO, QEVM) joined a panel discussion on post-quantum cryptography and the risks of cryptographic anonymity exposure.

Cenk Bayrak (CPUNK dev) participated in a discussion on the synergy between AI, quantum technologies, and blockchain, exploring new frontiers of consciousness and social interaction.

Although attending remotely, Ian Smith emphasized the importance of collaboration within the Cellframe ecosystem and ongoing interaction between projects, despite the distance.

This gathering of experts and ecosystem projects reflects a shared commitment to knowledge exchange, mutual support, and joint innovation in the field of digital security.

Join the Cellframe community, stay tuned for updates, take part in upcoming events, and help shape the future of post-quantum technologies together with us!
