Main Updates Across the Cellframe Ecosystem — September 2025.

Project highlights: Node.sys, Dotflat, KelVPN, QEVM, and CPUNK.

Node.sys: a decentralized universal Internet of Things (IoT) platform with its own token, NYS.

• The long-awaited launch of NYS token staking on the Backbone network took place on September 30 — congratulations to the team!

— Reward pool for the next 12 months: 10 million NYS.

— Dynamic APY — it will adjust depending on the number of participants.

— Staking is live at stake.nodesys.io.

• Node.sys was presented at major international expos:

— Innoprom and BudExpo — showcasing innovations in manufacturing, transport, and construction.

— Ecology Expo Belarus 2025 (August 19–21) — focused on eco-technologies and recycling for a sustainable economy.

• Expansion of the DeFactory producer network: among the new partners are manufacturing companies in hydraulics, metalworking, biotechnology, construction, electrical engineering, automation, packaging, and agriculture.

— Pinghu Tianlong Machinery — hydraulic cylinders for agriculture, construction, loaders, and snowplows.

— MOS & K — turning, milling, and CNC metal processing.

— Salutem — equipment for livestock, dairy farms, and cheesemaking.

— Umka — fertilizers with REACH international certification.

— Energo Komplekt — cable and wire products in Eastern Europe.

— Design and Packaging — packaging, labeling, and design solutions.

— Nevlabs — automated municipal waste sorting systems.

DotFlat: a flatcoin with stable purchasing power.

• Preparing to participate in Blockchain Life 2025 in Dubai and a panel discussion at Cellframe’s side event Post Quantum Dawn.

• In mid-August, Dotflat was listed on the centralized exchange CetoEX — tokens $DFC and $RLE are now traded in pairs RLE/USDT and DFC/USDT (ERC-20 deposits and withdrawals available).

• In late September, new $DFC trading pairs (USDC/DFC) went live on Cellframe DEX, allowing users to acquire post-quantum-protected flatcoins directly. Details.

• Work on the project website continues: plans include its refinement and functionality updates.

KelVPN: a decentralized quantum-secured VPN service with its own token, KEL.

• The access points have been upgraded: the routers now feature a bright magenta design and, most importantly, have switched to passive cooling.

The Surf 2 access points are now even more compact, reliable, secure, and silent. The updated devices are available on Cellframe Shop.

• The team continues to improve the app functionality (mobile, desktop, and CLI versions): stability has been enhanced, connection logic optimized, bug report submission fixed, interface and animations improved, and chart theme switching corrected. More details.

• On social media, the team published a comic-style guide on how KelVPN routers work — hardware solutions are now a priority focus. Be sure to check out the post if you haven’t seen it yet.

QEVM: a project combining Cellframe’s quantum-resistant technology and EVM infrastructure for deploying smart contracts.

• Preparation is underway for a panel discussion at the Post Quantum Dawn side event hosted by Cellframe.

• The team is working on launching the mainnet. The primary task is to fully integrate all smart contract data with Cellframe data. Most of the data is already connected; only information such as block numbers remains to be transferred. Smart contracts are currently running with test parameters, correctly storing data, and passing all Ethereum unit tests modified for 256-bit addresses.

• A new video interview has been released on Financial Fox: “What happens when quantum computers can run Shor’s algorithm and threaten Bitcoin?

Stefania Barbaglio, together with Ian Smith, Quantum EVM CEO and CTO, analyze quantum risks for the entire crypto ecosystem. Ian shares insights on monitoring quantum advancements, explains why many underestimate the timeline of emerging threats, and discusses the potential impact of a Bitcoin breach on investors, governments, and digital asset holders worldwide.

CPUNK: the world’s first utility meme token with post-quantum security.

• The team is preparing for Blockchain Life 2025 in Dubai and for a panel discussion at the Post Quantum Dawn side event hosted by Cellframe.

• In September, the first AMA session with Binance was held, organized by the Crypto Moon Shoot community.

• Development of the Alvin mainnet continues: the network has been operational since August 1, with ongoing work on data migration between Backbone and Alvin. The team has also adopted a dual-domain system: cpunk.club (.club for the community) and cpunk.io (.io for DNA).

• Upcoming plans include:

1. Bridge development: the team is working on a secure method for transferring tokens between Backbone and CPUNK, ensuring reliable operation of the active token.

2. DNA integration into the chain: implementing a trust source mechanism for the parachain to safely process user data and transaction signatures without requiring access to private keys.
